At Manlina, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when a refund, return, or exchange may apply. All requests are subject to approval by Manlina’s support team.
This policy applies from the date of purchase.
30-Day Eligibility Window
A refund or return request may be submitted within 30 days after delivery only for the following reasons:

Item has a manufacturing defect

Wrong item was received

Item was not delivered

Item is not customized / not personalized
All other cases are not eligible under the 30-day rule.
Personalized & Custom Items (Important)
Personalized and custom items are made specifically for each order and are one-of-a-kind.

Once production has started, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to:

Change of mind

Incorrect information provided by the customer

Non-production-related issues after shipping or delivery

Order Status & Cancellation Policy

Awaiting Production
Orders may be canceled and refunded before production begins. -
In Production
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. -
Shipped
Orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless they meet the eligibility reasons listed above. -
Delivered
Delivered items are only eligible for refund or return if they qualify under the 30-day eligibility window.
Returns (If Eligible)
If a return is approved:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Manlina will cover return shipping costs only if:

The wrong item was received

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Underwear, lingerie, bras, shorts

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials or flammable products

Gift cards (non-redeemable for cash or electronic payment)
How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Please contact support@manlina.com using the same email address associated with your order and include your order number, or reach out to us through our live chat system.

If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted, and Manlina is not obligated to issue a refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of many products, exchanges are generally not available.
If an eligible return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
